Monday, Nov. 21st meals

Breakfast
- half a banana
- 2 cups of pomegranate green tea (hot)
- water

Snack
- 1/4 of a strawberry jam sandwich on white bread

Lunch
- vegetable and seafood pancake (2 pieces)
- vegetable omelet (2 pieces)
- lotus root (5 pieces)
- cucumber and onion kimchi (I think)
- shredded egg
- 1/4 persimmon
- some sort of green vegetable
- mandu soup (ate about 1/3 of it)
- water

Snack
- banana
- apple flavoured yogurt drink
- water

Dinner
- adobo with 1/2 cup rice wrapped in green leaves
- a few sips of sparkling water
- half a small bag of pizza flavoured ruffle chips
- 2 cups decaf lychee green tea (hot)
- a glass of banana and frozen blueberry smoothie

Supplements
-fish oil pills
